AnitaB.org is a mission driven organization looking for a dynamic individual with a forward-looking mindset and strong initiative. The Impact Executive Assistant will be an integral part of the Impact team and will provide essential administrative support to the Impact Executive team and special projects through a combination of project management, writing and editing, research, and high level administrative and relationship support functions. This full-time position will report to the Interim Chief Impact Officer and will support the Impact Leadership team of highly motivated and qualified professionals delivering programs in various geographies.

Here's what you'll do  

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
  • Supports the Impact Executive team in preparing for meetings, including preparing meeting materials, keeping track of meeting progress and follow up items, and preparing and revising correspondence and other documents, as necessary.
  • Edit and compose first drafts of written communication to internal and external Stakeholders. 
  • Create and maintain files, review drafts and finished documents for accuracy and grammar, including documents of a sensitive or confidential nature.
  • Manage internal and external special projects in coordination with other departments and/or organizations on behalf of the Executive.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

  • Strong problem solver with the initiative and ability to anticipate, multitask and prioritize without direct supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products with experience utilizing SharePoint, Monday.com, and Slack.
