AnitaB.org is seeking a Senior Vice President, Revenue dedicated to the mission of enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, to drive the organization’s revenue and diversification efforts. Reporting to the President and CEO, the Senior Vice President, Revenue will display innate characteristics of humility, leadership, sound management, integrity and collaboration and will provide business development, customer success, and fundraising leadership.

Here's what you'll do  

  • Motivate and lead high performing Business Development and Customer Success teams, providing mentorship, development, and guidance to achieve ambitious sales targets and create multi-tiered strategy inclusive of multi-vertical corporate, non-profit, and government relationships.
  • Create business development strategies, framework, planning, execution, and evaluations and develop and manage Account Executives in the execution and fulfillment of their contracts.
  • Goal setting, KPIs, reporting and transparency.
  • Budget formulation, management, and fiscal stewardship.
  • Collaborate with leaders to build business development structure and set culture of continuous improvement and feedback.
  • Develop process for market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term planning and implementation.
  • Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction and share with executive team.
  • Collaborate with MarCom in support of product sales and customer reach.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Here's what we hope you'll bring 

  • Professionalism in team and external stakeholder interactions and communications, including honesty, integrity, respect, and commitment to advancing global, regional, and local DEI, in keeping with an organization with a mission to promote women and non-binary diversity, equity and inclusion in society and the workplace.
  • 7-10 years’ experience in a fast-paced sales environment selling services as well as multiple products.
  • A minimum of 5 years executive-level management experience with a diverse sales team of at least 5, managing a sales target of at least $30M.
  • Experience developing a mix of customers inclusive of organizations of over $1B in revenue.
  • Experience in nonprofit organizations a must.
  • Demonstrated accountability for sales targets and experience in constructing, articulating, and implementing annual strategic sales and development plans.
  • Experience developing a sales team from scratch, working with CEO to create strategy for the team around the organization’s 5-year plan; also experience developing and administering sales team incentive plans.
  • Have mastered motivating, organizing, and managing people to maximize their work outcomes and can strategically lead the organization’s sales function through stages of significant growth.
  • Adaptable, comfortable making sense of ambiguity, capable of adjusting strategies and tactics in response to changes in the business environment.
  • The ability to effectively communicate company goals and initiatives, understand and incorporate the needs and goals of other departments, and establish a cohesive, AnitaB.org-wide approach to achieving business objectives setting the standard for excellence and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the executive team.
  • Ability to create and deepen customer relationships by understanding customer segmentation and how to analyze who our customers are and what they need, both from a micro and macroeconomics.
  • Knowledgeable of diverse sources of social enterprise funding and can seamlessly integrate philanthropy, social impact investing, venture funding, and other mission-based revenue sources to sustain our financial viability without compromising our commitment to advancing equity for women in technology.
  • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce systems a plus.
  • Ability to travel as position requires.

AnitaB.org is proud to offer a remote, distributed workplace. Please know we cannot accommodate remote work outside of the United States. The salary range for this position is $201,000 - $215,000, plus incentive compensation and competitive benefits, including health insurance and a 403(b) discretionary match. Consistent with pay equity best practices, we are proud to present only our best and final non-negotiable offer.
