Eric Peterson

Eric Peterson has over 30 years of work experience in the technology industry. Eric is currently the Vice President of Customer Care at Anju Software since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Customer Success at Censinet from June 2019 to January 2023. From June 2016 to June 2019, Eric worked as the VP of Software Services and Support at naviHealth. Eric also held the position of Director of Integration Services and Support at Curaspan Health Group from March 2013 to May 2016. Eric gained extensive experience at Oracle, where they served as the Director of Product Support from September 2011 to March 2013 and Senior Manager of Product Support from October 2010 to August 2011. Eric was employed at Phase Forward as a Technical Support Manager from February 2006 to January 2011 and as a Principal Technical Support Engineer from October 2004 to February 2006. Eric started their career at PeopleStream as a Product Manager from December 2000 to July 2003. Prior to that, they worked at Microsoft Corporation as a Software Engineer from February 1995 to July 2000. Eric also held the position of Software Engineer at Vermeer Technologies, Inc from February 1995 to January 1996 and Easel Corporation from June 1991 to January 1995.

Eric Peterson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UMass Boston in 1991.
