Dan Petrozzo

Dan is a Venture Partner at Oak HC/FT. He brings two decades of experience in capital markets and asset management ,with a focus on infrastructure and tech. Dan was Senior Vice President at Intralinks, responsible for customer success and technology operations. He joined the company from Verilume, a cloud computing company he co-founded and sold to Intralinks.

He is a former Partner and Global Head of Technology for investment management at Goldman Sachs. He has also served as Chief Information Officer at Fidelity Investments, Co-Chief Information Officer at Morgan Stanley, and Global Head of Equity Prime Services Technology at Deutsche Bank AG. Dan is a Board Member for Pagaya and a Board Observer for NextCapital. He holds a BA degree from Moravian College and a law degree from Seton Hall University Law School.
