Juan Loaiza

Juan Loaiza has extensive experience in strategy and performance management. Juan currently holds the position of Senior Director at Ankura, where they lead global product development strategy and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Strategy & Performance - Americas at Ankura. Additionally, Juan has experience as the President of ALPFA Nashville, where they focused on connecting and inspiring the next generation of Latino/Latina/LatinX leaders. Juan also held leadership positions at AJ Boggs, where they served as a Commercial Director and built a Client Support Team. Juan's earlier experience includes working as a Performance Analyst/Global Management Trainee at Vale, where they were responsible for operational improvement projects and budget management.

Juan Loaiza, MPP holds a Master of Public Policy degree in Social Sciences from Michigan State University, which they completed from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science: Public Policy and Administration from Michigan State University, which they completed from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Juan Loaiza has obtained various certifications in areas such as project management, agile leadership, customer service, and security awareness. Some of these certifications include Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I), Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Six SIGMA Green Belt.
