Kristin Gagnier is a highly experienced Senior Research Scientist at AnLar since June 2021, where Kristin leads large-scale educational program development and evaluation projects, including the SPACE-IT program aimed at enhancing elementary science teaching. Prior to this role, Kristin held multiple positions at The Johns Hopkins University, including Visiting Assistant Professor, Director of Dissemination, Translation, and Education at the Science of Learning Institute, and Outreach & Evaluation Specialist, focusing on translating research into practical applications for educators. Previous experience includes roles at Temple University as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, at the University of Delaware as an Instructor, Graduate Research Scientist, and Lab Manager, and research assistant positions at Brigham and Women's Hospital and the University of Arizona. Kristin earned a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Delaware and a B.S. in Psychology and Biology from the University of Arizona.
