Ouafa Belgacem

ouafa belgacem is currently the Civil Society Department Manager at Anna Lindh Foundation, overseeing and designing programs and collaborations with international organizations and a network of over 4000 CS organizations. ouafa is also a UNESCO 2005 convention Experts Facility member, a Digital Africa program Ambassador, and a former CEO and creator of Resources Mobilisation Digithon. With a background in marketing, management, heritage, architecture, urban development, classical studies, and history, ouafa brings a wealth of expertise to their roles.
