Nilaj Rukadikar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth and programmatic strategy across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Growth at Anoki Inc since April 2024, Nilaj previously held the position of Head of Programmatic Strategy & Growth and Senior Product Manager at LG Ad Solutions from January 2018 to March 2024. As the Founder of Sixth Sense Media Company from April 2015 to December 2020, Nilaj distributed Indian regional films internationally, managed marketing for these films, and launched a proprietary TVOD platform. Additional roles include Product Line Manager at EverString, Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at Envestnet | Yodlee, and various positions with MindTree Ltd. and Capgemini.
