Hope Wallace

Hope Wallace has a diverse work history. From 1999 to 2003, they worked as a Personal Lines Underwriter at Kentucky Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company. In 2003, they joined Humana and held various roles including Plan Load Specialist, Production Team Lead, Frontline Leader, and Senior Plan Build Professional. In these roles, they specialized in claims platform mapping, troubleshooting, team leadership, and creating training materials. Currently, they are employed at Ansel Health as a Data Operations Analyst and has recently become the Data Operations Lead.

Hope Wallace earned a Bachelor of Arts in German Studies from the University of Dayton, which they completed from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence from BrainStation, a Certificate in Python from BrainStation, a Systems Thinking Certificate from Cornell University, and a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) from AAPC.
