Thierry Thomas

Thierry THOMAS is a highly experienced professional in the field of medical devices, cosmetics, and in vitro diagnostic devices, currently serving as Deputy Director of the Division for medical devices at ANSM since April 2013. With a background that includes managing sizable teams, Thierry oversees the benefit/risk monitoring throughout product life cycles and represents France in European regulatory matters. Previous roles include significant positions at GMED, where Thierry led operational activities and certification efforts for medical devices, as well as experience at BALT Extrusion S.A. in quality assurance and regulatory affairs. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Faculté de Pharmacie de Nancy and advanced studies in industrial and biomedical pharmacy.
