Rajesh Manickam

Rajesh Manickam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement at ANSR since January 2024. Prior to this role, Rajesh held various leadership positions at VMware from March 2013 to December 2023, including Senior Director & Head of Procurement, where Rajesh led a global team to enhance operational efficiency and achieve significant cost reductions. Rajesh's earlier experience includes roles at Dell Technologies and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where expertise in procurement and strategic category management was developed. Rajesh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum, a postgraduate degree from the Institute of Management Technology, and a CPSM certification from the Institute of Supply Management.
