Vishwas Nandalikar

Vishwas Nandalikar has over 28 years of work experience in various roles related to human resources. Vishwas is currently serving as the Associate Director Human Resources at ANSR since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at The Adecco Group as the Head of HR BP from December 2012 to April 2022. Vishwas also has experience in Future Group - Brand Factory & Central as a Sr. Manager - People Office from February 2011 to November 2012. Additionally, they have worked at Metro Cash and Carry as a Manager Human Resources from August 2007 to February 2011. Their other work experiences include positions at Reliance Retail Limited, CAMO Software, Teamlease Services Private Limited, Personnel Search Services Group, and Godrej GE Appliances.

Vishwas Nandalikar completed an Executive Program in Human Resources Management (EPHRM) at Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2016-2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus in HR from the Academy of Business Management Studies in 2012. Vishwas holds an Engineer's Degree in Production Engineering from the University of Mumbai, which they earned from 1989 to 1993. Vishwas completed their secondary education at St. Thomas High School, receiving their SSC qualification between 1980 and 1987.
