Amy L. Cluff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations, research, and consulting. Currently serving as Manager of Salesforce and Business Operations at AnswerLab since June 2018, Amy leads projects aimed at improving business processes and systems while collaborating with various departmental teams to enhance decision-making through data analysis. Previously, Amy held roles as a Quantitative UX Researcher and Research Operations Manager, developing custom surveys and optimizing client programs. With a background as an Independent Consultant and previous positions at Trial Partners, Inc. and Bonora Rountree, Amy has honed skills in program evaluation, qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, and trial consulting. Amy holds a Master’s degree in Applied Social Psychology & Program Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University and a BA in Film & Digital Media Production from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
