Theresia Vania Raditya

Theresia Vania Raditya is a seasoned professional in the field of talent development and organizational growth, currently serving as the People Development Section Head at Anteraja since March 2022. In this role, Theresia is responsible for creating Training Need Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with users. Previously, as the Managerial Training Section Head, Theresia also focused on TNA development. Prior experience includes a position as Talent Development Supervisor at BORWITA CITRA PRIMA, where responsibilities involved facilitating orientation for new employees, and as People and Organizational Development Staff at Dharma Group, where Theresia collaborated with vocational training centers and schools to identify potential candidates. Theresia holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani, earned between 2012 and 2016.
