Andrew Willome has extensive work experience in various roles in the technology and customer support industry. Starting in 2010, they worked at Rackspace, where they held positions such as Account Manager, Manager of Fanatical Support, Manager of Marquee Accounts, and Senior Manager of DevOps Engineering. In 2017, they joined Banker's Toolbox as the Director of Customer Success. Andrew then moved to Dropbox in 2018, initially working as a Senior Service Delivery Manager, then progressing to the roles of Director and Global Lead for Enhanced Support. Currently, Andrew is working at Anthology Inc as the Senior Director of Global Support.
Andrew Willome earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Anthropology from The University of Texas at San Antonio, completing their studies from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the same institution, which they completed from 2002 to 2004. Andrew also holds a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in May 2014.
