Kateřina Havlová

Kateřina Havlová has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kateřina started their career in ManpowerGroup as a Consultant Temporary Placement in 2010, followed by roles as a PR/HR/IT Assistant at Heineken from 2011 to 2012 and Event Manager at Monit s.r.o. from 2013 to 2013. Kateřina then worked as an HR Specialist at Webnode AG from 2013 to 2014 and as a Permanent Placement Consultant at Adecco Czech Republic from 2014 to 2014. In 2015, they worked as an IT Recruiter at iXperta before joining Honeywell as a Senior Staffing and UR Specialist, responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting managers within various divisions. Kateřina also held the role of HR Business Partner at Profitas Finance s.r.o. from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are working at both Anthology Inc and Blackboard as a Talent & People Lead.

Kateřina Havlová started their education in 1991 at ZŠ K Lučinám 18 in Prague 3, where they completed their primary education. Kateřina then attended Gymnázium Karla Sladkovského 8 in Prague 3 from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained their high school diploma (maturita) in general studies. From 2004 to 2009, Kateřina studied at Masaryk University Brno, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Media Studies and Journalism, as well as in the Theory and History of Film and Audiovisual Culture. Although they did not complete their studies at Masaryk University, Kateřina pursued a field of study in Management in Culture. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified Recruiter (RACR) designation from Recruitment Academy in 2022 and completed a course on Diversity Recruiting provided by LinkedIn in 2021.
