Mark Balcerak

Mark Balcerak, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global HR service delivery and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global HR Service Delivery at Anthology Inc since April 2023, Mark previously held roles as Director of Human Resources Operations and HR Operations Manager at Athletico from January 2021 to April 2023. Earlier in the career, Mark contributed as a Talent Acquisition Operations Consultant at Advocate Aurora Health, a Recruiter at Allstate, and a Human Resources Associate at IFS North America, among other positions. Mark holds a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from DePaul University.
