Andy Schulz has a long history of work experience. Andy began at Silver Star Brands in 2003, where they held the roles of Supply Chain & Inventory Control Manager, Supply Chain Process Improvement Manager, Mail Processing & Web Customer Service Manager, and Order Processing Team Leader. In 2013, they moved to Legendary Whitetails as Director of Customer Care. In 2019, they joined Bemis Manufacturing Company as Customer Service Manager, and in 2020 they became the Client Services Manager at Spaulding Medical. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Contact Center Operations Manager at Antidote.me.

Andy Schulz has a Bachelor of Liberal Studies in Organizational Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, which they obtained in 2011. Andy is currently enrolled in a Psychology program at the University of Minnesota. Andy also graduated from Oshkosh West High School. In addition, they have obtained four certifications from LinkedIn: Negotiation Skills (December 2022), Customer Service Leadership (September 2022), Executive Leadership (September 2022), and Leadership Upskilling in a Zoom Economy (September 2022).
