Zina Alfa

Zina Alfa currently serves as a Senior Events & Comms Associate at Antler since March 2022 and also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder at UB Hair, an on-demand marketplace app leveraging AI to connect users with hairstylists and barbers based on hair type. Zina is actively involved with BLOK London and contributes to the Soho House Inclusivity Board while functioning as a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant. In addition, Zina provides strategic consulting for Unilever and has experience as a Multimedia Journalist for TRUE Africa and as a Freelance Broadcast Journalist for Channels Television. Zina's earlier roles include Multimedia Producer/Editor at FinTech Alliance and Freelance Lifestyle Video Producer at HuffPost, along with experience as a Development Producer at Wilson Worldwide Productions. Zina holds a Master of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from City, University of London, and a degree in Politics and Sociology from The University of Sheffield.
