RJ V. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2011, they worked as a Music Teacher at Victory Christian International School. RJ then joined Mindblow Internet Ideas in 2012, where they served as the Head Project and Client Coordinator until 2013. After that, in 2015, they joined Pengower Limited as an Operations Manager, a role they held until 2017 when they were promoted to Country/General Manager for the Philippines. RJ continued in that role until 2019 when they joined Antser Ltd as the General Manager in Manila, Philippines.

RJ V. pursued their Bachelor of Social Sciences degree at the University of the Philippines from 2006 to 2011, with a major in Economics. RJ then furthered their education by undertaking a Masters of Technology Management degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the same university, which spanned from 2013 to 2016.
