The ANU Entrepreneurship Club is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the club across a range of activities and projects. This flexible and dynamic role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

About the role

As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll provide support to different teams within the club—whether it’s helping plan events, creating content, or assisting with operations. Your work will help drive the club’s mission of fostering entrepreneurship and innovation at ANU.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in event planning and execution, including logistics, setup, and on-the-day coordination.
  • Provide support with content creation, such as brainstorming ideas or assisting in the production of visual and written materials.
  • Help with administrative tasks, such as organizing schedules, managing communications, and data entry.
  • Collaborate with different teams, such as Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to ensure smooth workflows and project execution.
  • Attend club events and meetings to provide general support and feedback.
  • Dedicate 4 hours weekly, including 2 hours in-office for planning, collaboration, and execution.

  • A flexible, proactive attitude with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
