Ramya Ragavan

Ramya Ragavan is the current Vice President of Customer Success at Anyroad, Inc. Ramya has over ten years of experience in various technical and customer-facing roles. Prior to Anyroad, they were the Vice President of Customer Success at Fusion Risk Management from May 2015 to February 2022. In this role, they led a team that was responsible for a customer's success from onboarding to renewal. Ramya also served as the company's Sustainability council leader, integrating environmental and social matters into company strategy and long-term goals.

Before Fusion Risk Management, Ragavan worked as a consultant for various companies, including VW Credit, Inc., JPMorgan Chase & Co., and a health insurance client. In these roles, they held positions such as Senior User Experience Engineer, Scrum Master, and Senior Data Engineer.

Ragavan is a strong advocate for women in the tech industry. Ramya currently serves as the Women's ERG leader at Anyroad, inspiring other women to pursue careers in tech.

Ramya Ragavan holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli and has completed certification programs from LinkedIn and Scrum Alliance.
