Alexander Artamonov has a diverse work experience, starting as an IT-specialist and software developer at a municipal utility in 2004. Alexander then moved on to NAT Kazakhstan JSC as a leading specialist in the software-testing unit. In 2008, Artamonov co-founded a design studio called IdeasGroup, where they worked as a project manager. In 2011, they joined VimpelCom and progressed to become the Head of Self Service, responsible for self-service development and customer experience. In 2017, they joined Home Credit Bank Kazakhstan, initially as the Head of digital CRM and later took on various roles such as Head of digital channels development and Head of Online Acquisition & stickiness. In 2022, they are currently leading the Strategy & Transformation office, focusing on digitalization and building an improved online customer experience for the bank.
Alexander Artamonov received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and Software Development from the Technics-economical Academy of Cinema & Television from 2003 to 2010. In addition, they obtained certifications in various fields such as Digital Transformation and Fintech, Agile Product Management, Basics of commercial statistics, PMBOK program, Basic manager skills, and Gamification techniques from different institutions and years.
