Mia Steinhaus

Mia Steinhaus has a diverse background in human resources and finance, currently serving as the People & Culture Coordinator at AoFrio Ltd since April 2023. Prior to this role, Mia worked as a Talent Finder at Imara Limited from July 2022 to April 2023 and managed retail operations as the Retail Floor Manager and Supervisor at Naturally Organic from January 2020 to July 2022. Mia began an 8-year tenure in the banking sector at Volksbank Alzey-Worms eG as a Financial Advisor after completing a 2.5-year traineeship starting in August 2010. Educationally, Mia holds a degree in Bank Clerk, Finances from Berufsbildende Schule Wirtschaft Worms, completing this program from 2010 to 2013, with prior studies at the same institution from 2008 to 2010.
