This experience includes co-ownership at Master-art, export specialist at Vetrex Sp. z o.o., founding member at Association for MBA Alumni of Gdańsk University of Technology, maintenance supervisor at ZPR S.A., supervisor at Eaton Corporation, and prezes zarządu at Apator Rector Sp. z o.o. The board of directors is also educated in various fields, including Poznan University of Technology in Mechatronics, Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Poznaniu in Project Management, University of Gdansk in Transport and Logistics, University of Gdansk in English studies, Gdańsk University of Technology in Faculty of Electrical and Control Engineering, and Gdańsk University of Technology in International MBA in Strategy, Programme and Project Management.
