Carla Venter

Carla Venter has a diverse work experience in the field of Investments and Business. Carla is currently serving as the Head of Investments at aperture.co since 2022. Before their current role, Carla pursued a Full-time MBA at IMD Business School for the year 2021. Prior to that, they worked at RE Capital as a part of the Private Markets Real Estate Investments team from May 2019 to January 2021. Carla's professional journey also includes their role as an Assistant Manager at Deloitte from January 2018 to May 2019 and as a Supervisor at KPMG from January 2015 to December 2017.

Carla Venter began their education at Eunice Girls High School, where they obtained their National Senior Certificate (Matric) in 2010. From 2011 to 2014, they attended the University of the Free State, focusing on Corporate Finance, Accounting, Audit, and Tax, and excelled in these areas. Additionally, they participated in the Standard Bank Scholarship Programme from 2011 to 2013. In 2017, Carla obtained the certification of Chartered Accountant from the SAICA CA(SA) institution. Most recently, in 2021, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with Honours at IMD.
