Jill Garland

Jill Garland is an experienced fundraising counsel and nonprofit management consultant with a robust career spanning various leadership roles in the arts and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Capital Campaign counsel at Aperture and Interim Director of Development at Rehabilitation Through the Arts, Jill has also owned Jill Garland Group LLC since 2015, providing strategic planning, fundraising audits, and governance consulting. Previous roles include interim executive management at organizations such as Print Center New York and the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival, along with senior development positions at Nyack Hospital and Playwrights Horizons, where Jill led a complex $28 million fundraising strategy. Jill holds a B.A. in The Arts from Empire State University and is a Graduate Certificate Candidate in Heritage Preservation and Public History.
