Shahriar Rahman

Shahriar Rahman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, learning, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Head of OD Learning & Talent Acquisition at Apex Footwear Limited since December 2022, Shahriar previously held significant roles at Evercare Group, including Senior HRBP & Head of Organizational Development, and at BRAC, where responsibilities included Senior Manager Learning and Talent Development. Shahriar's career started at Robi Axiata Limited as a Trainee in Talent & Development and includes valuable experience at ADD International and FSD Corporation. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Leadership Coaching Strategies from Harvard University and a BBA in Business Policy and Strategy & Human Resources Management from North South University.
