Dru Steubing

Dru Steubing has a extensive work experience in project development and management roles within the renewable energy industry. Dru is currently the Chief Development Officer (CDO) at Galehead Development since December 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Development and Director of Project Development at Apex Clean Energy from 2015 to 2023. During their time at Apex Clean Energy, they also held the position of Senior Development Manager. Before joining Apex Clean Energy, Dru Steubing founded and owned The Marquardt Ranch in 2006. Dru also worked as a Consulting Partner at Texas Wind Group, LP from 2008 to 2015. Dru Steubing has previously held positions such as Project Manager at Signal Wind Energy, Owner of Integrity Civil Constructors, LP, and Project Engineer at H.B. Zachry. Dru started their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Bartlett Cocke General Contractors and worked as a Student Intern at Joeris General Contractors, Ltd.

Dru Steubing attended Texas A&M University from 1995 to 1999 where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Construction Science with a minor in Business Administration.
