Ryan Henning

Ryan Henning has a diverse work history in the environmental and renewable energy sectors. Ryan started their career at Greystone Environmental Consultants as a Senior Biologist and Project Manager, working there for over a decade. Ryan then moved on to CH2M HILL, where they served as a Senior Project Manager and Client Service Manager for industrial clients. After three years, Ryan joined RES Americas as a Senior Permitting Specialist, providing permitting strategy and compliance for renewable energy projects. Following this, they worked at Newalta as a Senior Project Manager, supporting fixed facility and on-site operations. Currently, Ryan is employed at Apex Clean Energy, where they have held multiple roles, including Senior Permitting Manager and Senior Director of Environmental. In their current role as Vice President of Environmental, they lead a team responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations for a portfolio of renewable energy projects across the United States. Ryan's expertise lies in environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, and project management in the renewable energy industry.

Ryan Henning has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Conservation Biology from California State University-Sacramento. Ryan also has a degree in Wildlife Biology with a focus on Biological Science from the University of North Dakota.
