Dhiraj Mane (L.I.O.N.)

Dhiraj Mane has over 15 years of work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, primarily in the BFSI (banking, financial services, and insurance) and IT industries. Dhiraj is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Leader at Apexon, a role in which they head recruitment for multiple delivery units and accounts in the BFSI and healthcare domains. Prior to this, Dhiraj worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Xoriant from May 2021 to September 2021.

From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Synechron as a Recruitment/Resourcing head, where they led recruitment for multiple captive accounts in the BFSI sector such as HSBC, RBC, Citi, ENBD, and MSCI. Their responsibilities included recruitment lead, team management, client coordination, stakeholder management, resource coordination, and developing sourcing strategies for IT and BFSI requirements.

In their previous roles at tCognition, Byte Consulting, and Digital Group InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. Pune, Dhiraj gained experience in recruitment, resource management, talent acquisition, and bench management. Dhiraj primarily focused on IT/software resources in the banking and finance domain.

Dhiraj started their career at Magna Infotech Pvt. Ltd, Pune, as a Recruiter, where they handled IT and non-IT recruitment for various skill sets and conducted inductions for new resources. Dhiraj also worked as an HR Trainee at Tata Motors for a brief period.

Dhiraj Mane (L.I.O.N.) holds an extensive education history. Starting from 1997 to 1998, they completed their SSC with a focus on Maths, Science, and EM at Tilak Highschool Karad. Following this, from 2000 to 2004, they pursued a B Com degree in Advanced Accountancy at Shivaji University. To further their expertise, they continued their education at Shivaji University from 2004 to 2006 and earned an MBA in Human Resource Management. Lastly, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Resource Management at Bharati Vidyapeeth University from 2012 to 2018.
