Sumith Kurup

Sumith Kurup has a diverse work experience, primarily in the recruitment and business development fields. Sumith started their career as a Collection Executive at Encircle Exports India Pvt Ltd in 2010. In 2011, they joined Intivia Informatics Pvt Ltd as a Business Development Executive, where they were responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with internal departments. Sumith then worked at Sterling Hoffman as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from 2013 to 2014, before being promoted to Assistant Team Leader and Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist in 2015. In 2016, they returned to Apidel Technologies as a Sr. Recruiter. Currently, they hold the position of Recruitment Manager at Apidel Technologies, where they lead a team of recruiters.

From 2010 to 2013, Sumith Kurup attended The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics.
