Paige O'Luanaigh has a diverse education history. Paige first attended Western Albemarle High School in Crozet, VA from 1978 to 1982. Upon graduation, they pursued further education and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Virginia between 1982 and 1986. Later on, they attended James Madison University from 1992 to 1994, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with Beta Gamma Sigma distinction.

In addition to their formal education, Paige has also acquired several certifications. Paige obtained the certification for Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers from LinkedIn in October 2018. In September 2011, they became a Certified Integrative Health Coach through Duke Integrative Medicine. Prior to that, in June 2009, they earned certification as a beekeeper from the NC State Beekeepers Association.
