Carlos Miguel Reyes has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Carlos Miguel started their career in 2007 as an IT Helpdesk L2 at TeleTech, where they managed a team and oversaw the dispatching process for hardware under warranty. Carlos Miguel then moved on to Dell as a Senior Service Desk Analyst, where they provided technical support and worked on the ITIL process.

Currently, Carlos works at APM Terminals, where they have held several roles. Carlos Miguel started as an IT Manager, focusing on technology strategy and successfully delivering network segregation and cybersecurity plans. Carlos Miguel then became the LAM Digital Operations Lead, responsible for leading standard solution implementations in Latin American terminals. Carlos is currently serving as the Strategy and Planning Lead, overseeing projects and leading a multi-location and multi-cultural team.
