Tom Kucharski

Tom Kucharski is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in developing enterprise-level configurable material strategies using SAP Variant Configuration across multiple environments. Currently serving as a Sr Solutions Engineer at Apogee Enterprises, Inc. since June 2021, Tom focuses on solutions within SAP S4/HANA. Prior experience includes a 23-year tenure at Rexnord, where roles ranged from Lead Business/System Analyst to Senior Applications Engineer, involving enhancements in SAP ECC 6.0 and other enterprise technologies. Earlier in Tom's career, work at Twin Disc included roles as Experimental Engineer and Field Service Engineer, emphasizing mechanical and electromechanical product testing and service.
