Siham Alibux

Siham Alibux has held a variety of roles since 2005. Siham began their career as Manager of Sales & Service at ING DIRECT, where they were responsible for leading a team of 15-20 contact centre associates and received ING DIRECT's Best Manager Award. From 2008 to 2017, they worked at Tangerine, where they held three positions: Director of Banking Operations, Director of Head of Retail Lending Operations, and Head of Client Acquisition, Sales and Service. During this time, they were responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the department, with a $20M budget and 175 highly engaged associates. Siham also nurtured a culture of process improvement that contributed to sustainable cost savings and eliminated non-value-added work. In 2017, Siham moved to Aviva Canada, where they held the role of Vice President of Customer Operations. Here, they were responsible for leading Sales & Service contact centers and back-office Operations towards the delivery of a seamless omnichannel customer experience. In 2021, they began their Executive MBA at Ivey Business School at Western University, and in 2022 they moved to APOLLO Insurance as Senior Vice President of Agency.

Siham Alibux obtained a Master's degree in MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University between 2021 and 2022. Siham also completed the Ivey Leadership Program at the same university in 2014. Additionally, they hold a certification in the Ontario Management Development Program.
