Didier Ramos

Didier Ramos has over 20 years of professional experience. Didier started their career as an Assistant General Manager at Homestead Studio Suites Hotel in 2001, then moved on to work as a Human Resources Generalist at Linens of the Week in 2003. In 2004, they became a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and worked there until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Realtor at The Hounshell Group before becoming Director of Operations at The Care Courses School from 2009 to 2012. In 2011, they became a Realtor/Investment Specialist at Allison James Estates and Homes before transitioning to Property Manager at Pinnacle Property Management Services from 2014 to 2015. Didier then became a Multi-Unit Manager at Insula Management from May 2015 to December 2017, where they oversaw two conventional communities and was responsible for tenant morale, occupancy, and delinquency. In 2018, they joined CloudTask as a Business Development Representative before moving up to Corporate Recruiter, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Director, and ultimately Vice President of People & Culture until April 2021. From April 2021 to January 2023, they were Manager of Talent Acquisition at Apollo.io, and they now work there as a People Operations Generalist. Didier Ramos received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management and Operations from George Mason University between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in December 2004 and became a Real Estate Salesperson in the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Maryland in the same year. Didier also obtained certifications in HubSpot Inbound Sales and HubSpot Sales Software through HubSpot Academy, although the specific dates are unknown.
