Nadim El-Asmar has held a variety of roles in the past few years. Starting in 2021, they have been Chief Operations Officer and Operations & Automation Consultant at Apollo Scooters. From 2018 to 2021, they were Chief Operating Officer and Cofounder at Nuage Stays, where they scaled the hospitality start-up to 120 rental locations, successfully led the expansion into the US market, and leveraged no-code technologies to develop an automated operations system. Nadim was also Partner at 4 us & 4 others from 2018 to 2021. From 2017 to 2018, they were Product Manager at Neuronautilus, Inc. From 2015 to 2017, they were Founder and Director at Centerfold Gallery, where they oversaw the administrative, logistical, financial, and technical needs of opening a retail location, developed and implemented marketing strategies, and led the end-to-end development of the e-commerce store and technologies. From 2014 to 2016, they were Research Assistant at McGill University, where they designed and administered two research studies. Finally, from 2016 to 2021, they were Artist Coordinator at MURAL Festival.

Nadim El-Asmar attended St Aloysius Gonzaga Secondary School from 2009 to 2012, and St Francis Xavier Secondary School from 2008 to 2009. In 2012, they obtained an Extended French Certification from the Ontario Ministry of Education. Nadim then attended McGill University from 2012 to 2017, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts & Science- BASc. in Cognitive Science and Economics. Nadim also holds a Driver's License from the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec, as well as a Google Analytics certification from Google.
