Prior to this role, Alain held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Swissport from April 2015 to April 2018, where the company provided ground and cargo handling services in the aviation industry. Alain's previous experience at L'Oréal includes serving as Human Resources Talent Recruitment & Career Management Director in Canada from 2012 to 2015, and as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources in the USA from 2007 to 2012, overseeing strategy development and HR management for multiple plants. Alain's career began at L'Oréal Canada, where the role of HR Director Operations was held from February 1998 to April 2007, managing human resources for a manufacturing plant and distribution center. Alain holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations and a Certificate in Health & Safety from Université de Montréal.
