Lev Saks has held a variety of executive positions in the IT industry. From 2012 to 2018, they were the CEO of PerfectKnowledge, an HR recruiting platform. Lev also held the role of CEO at AppCore Solutions, an IT consulting firm, from 2012 to 2018. From 2006 to 2012, they were the CEO of LUXOFT Consulting, Inc. (LCI), where they managed marketing, business development, sales, HR, and P&L. Finally, from 1994 to 2006, they were the President, CEO, and Owner of IT Consulting International (ITCI). At ITCI, they founded a Wall Street-based IT project management and staff augmentation company and started an IT offshore outsourcing development center in Eastern Europe.
Lev Saks received an MS in Engineering from the Moscow Institute of Technology.
