Ricky Perez

Ricky Perez holds extensive experience in customer support and project management, currently serving as the Director of Support at Appcues since February 2022. Ricky is also the owner of Mothership Game Studios, LLC, which publishes games such as Outer Gods and Interlopers. Previously, Ricky worked at Formstack as a Customer Support Manager and Customer Support Specialist for the Salesforce App. Prior roles include Assistant Director of Customer Success and Manager of Customer Success at TimeClock Plus, where responsibilities involved managing integration projects and creating success plans for users. Earlier in the career, Ricky served as the Lead Sales Engineer, Webmaster, and Special Projects Manager, along with contracting as a Web Developer at Arcane Wonders. Ricky holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Park University and degrees in Management Information Systems from Franklin University and Howard College.
