Winta Jarvis

Winta Jarvis is the current General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Appian Capital Advisory. Winta has over 20 years of experience working in the legal field.

Jarvis started their career as an Associate at Slaughter and May in 1998. Winta then worked as a Senior Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton from 2002 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Goldman Sachs International as an Executive Director and Counsel, where they worked for four years. Jarvis left Goldman Sachs in 2011 to join Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP as a Partner, where they worked for eight years until December 2019.

After completing their undergraduate degree, Winta Jarvis pursued a Master's degree at Oxford University's Magdalen College.

Winta Jarvis reports to Michael W. Scherb, Founder & CEO. They work with Marcus Scholz - VP, Mining, Timothy Mister - Head of Credit & Royalties, and Richard Johnson - Global Head of Investor Relations.
