Alessandro Maselli

Alessandro Maselli has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Alessandro is currently working at Lionbridge as a Translation Unit Lead, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to drive localization strategy. In this role, they ensure successful project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery while meeting client requirements and managing project activities. Alessandro also works on quality improvement initiatives with clients, reviewers, and translators.

Before joining Lionbridge, Alessandro worked as a Senior Translator and Localization Expert at RWS Group. Alessandro also has experience as a Freelance Translator at Creative Words and as a Software QA Tester at Applause.

Prior to these roles, Alessandro had an extensive freelance career, working with various companies such as RWS Group, Lionbridge, Bowne Global Solutions, Novilinguists, Keywords International, and Appen as a Freelance Translator and Localization Expert.

Earlier in their career, Alessandro worked at Lionbridge as a Project Manager and at Bowne as a Junior Project Manager and Translation Team Lead. Alessandro also served as an In-house Translator at Berlitz Corporation and as a Human Resources Assistant at Intercultura.

Alessandro Maselli began their education in 1990 at S.S.I.T. Scuola Superiore per Interpreti e Traduttori, where they pursued a Laurea breve degree in Interpretazione e traduzione, which they completed in 1994. In 1996, they continued their studies at Università degli Studi "Gabriele d'Annunzio" di Chieti, earning a Laurea L in Scienze Umanistiche. The field of study for this degree was Lingua e letteratura inglese, generale. Alessandro completed their education at this institution in 1998.
