Shigeru Muraki has a strong background in quality assurance and project management. Shigeru started their career in 2005 at EFI as a QA Supervisor, where they successfully coordinated test plans and strategies. Shigeru then transitioned to become the Manager of OEM Partner Product QA, leading a team and ensuring the timely launch of products. In 2012, they took on the role of Manager of Globalization QA, where they led a team in expanding language support and features. Simultaneously, they served as a Scrum Master, facilitating the engineering team's work and implementing Scrum methodologies. Currently, Shigeru is the Solution Delivery Manager at Applause, where they manage multiple customer engagements and implements SaaS digital quality testing solutions to enhance customer experiences and increase product quality.
