Anderson Sutandinata

Anderson Sutandinata is a VPG Product Design professional at Apple since May 2024, following an internship at Tesla as a Battery Structures Design Intern in summer 2023, where part designs for the Cybertruck battery pack were optimized through analysis and collaboration with suppliers. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Carnegie Mellon Racing, including VP of Structures, where technical goals were defined and mechanical systems of a racecar were managed, leading to a second overall finish at the 2023 Formula SAE Michigan Competition. Additionally, Anderson contributed to SpaceX as a Tooling & Automation Intern and held leadership positions in the FIRST Robotics team while completing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, currently pursuing a Master's degree in Robotics.
