Debra J. Rubsenstein

Debra J. Rubenstein is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and regulatory matters across various industries and companies. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for EHS at Apple since June 2018, Debra is responsible for developing strategies and policies for EHS and facilitating programs across Apple’s operations. Prior positions include Senior Director/Senior Corporate Counsel at Flex, where Debra focused on EHS, Corporate Social Responsibility, and product regulatory issues, and Director of Legal for Global EHS and Product Quality at Zoetis, where Debra managed legal aspects during its establishment as an independent entity. Debra's earlier roles included Senior Regulatory Counsel at Akzo Nobel and Senior Attorney at Rhodia, with a foundational legal career starting as a partner in the Environmental Department at Giordano Halleran & Ciesla. Debra holds a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Brandeis University.
