Sarah Mortimer has extensive work experience in customer success management. Sarah started their career as an intern at the U.S. Department of Commerce- International Trade Administration in 2010. After that, they worked as an administrative assistant at Signature Financial Partners from January 2011 to June 2011. In 2013, they became a key holder at Talbots, where they maintained a client book and fostered lasting relationships with customers.

Sarah's career in customer success management began in 2014 when they joined Carahsoft Technology Corp. as an account representative. Most recently, Sarah worked at Nivo as a senior customer success manager. Sarah developed and implemented a customer success program that included creating strategies, hiring and managing customer success managers, training the team, and increasing customer engagement and retention. Sarah successfully delivered over £1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and increased NPS scores by 30% in six months.

Currently, Sarah is a senior customer success manager at AppLearn®, where they continue to apply their expertise in managing customer success and driving customer engagement and retention.

Sarah Mortimer's education history includes a Master's Degree in History from The University of Manchester, which they obtained in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they attended Jesus College, The University of Oxford in 2011-2012, but the specific degree obtained during that time is not provided.
