William Weaver

William Weaver is an accomplished professional in the fields of technology and strategic development within the chemical and materials sectors. As the Technical Director at Applied Graphene Materials since February 2017, William leads a development team focused on innovative applications for Graphene nanoplatelets. With extensive experience as a Global Technology and Strategy Consultant since November 2016, William has driven significant business growth and product development across various industries, including coatings and composites. Previous roles include Vice President of Technology & Strategy at Nuplex Industries Limited, Group Technology Manager, European R&D Manager, and Technical Director/R&D Manager in earlier positions. William holds a Master’s Degree in Polymer Science & Technology from the London School of Polymer Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Lancaster University.
