Yang Ruan

Yang Ruan began their work experience in 2013 as a Night Auditor at UCLA Housing & Hospitality. They then moved on to become a Supervisor of Access Control at the same company from July 2014 to April 2017. In 2017, Ruan joined Robert Half as a Recruiting Manager and worked there until February 2020. From February 2020 to February 2021, Ruan served as a Senior Technical Recruiting Manager at VincentBenjamin. In March 2021, they started working as the Director of Technology & Design at Coda Search|Staffing. Currently, Ruan is employed at Applied Intuition, starting in March 2022, where they work in the Recruiting role.

Yang Ruan obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from UCLA, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. They also obtained a certification in Diversity Recruiting from LinkedIn in May 2021.
