Arthur Kahler has worked in the engineering field for over a decade. In 2010, they began their career at Fori Automation Inc. as a Controls Automation Engineer and Pipefitter. In 2014, they moved to Chem-Trend as a Chemical Process Engineer. In 2016, they worked as a Senior Controls Systems Engineer for George Koch Sons, LLC and an Electrical Controls Engineer for CEC Controls. In 2018, they joined Rockwell Automation as a Senior Field Support Engineer. Currently, they work at Applied Manufacturing Technologies as the Director of Controls Engineering, Engineering Manager, and Senior Controls Engineering Leader. In this role, they lead and manages a team of 70+ engineers, provides mentorship and training, and manages projects. Arthur is also responsible for the AMT Academy, which is aimed at training new hires.
Arthur Kahler obtained an Associate's degree in Science from Macomb Community College between 2008 and 2012. Arthur also has seven certifications from Rockwell Automation and Cisco, including Integrated Motion Level 3 (October 2019), iTRAK Programming and Troubleshooting (July 2019), FactoryTalk AssetCentre and Security Configuration (June 2019), Integrated Motion Level 1 and 2 (February 2019), Essentials of Industrial Ethernet Networks for an OT Professional (March 2017), and Cisco Certified Network Associate Industrial (CCNA I) (November 2016).
